We enjoy renting our holiday home to pleasure-seekers who seek comfort and peace at a reasonable price, who take care of our second home, who need water and the sea on holiday, who fear overcrowded tourist skyscrapers or holiday complexes with tiny cottages, and who want to go on vacation with good food and guaranteed sunshine.
Rates
110 EUR/night incl. electricity, water and gas consumption - min. 3 nights
Extra 4th bedroom + bathroom: 30 EUR/night
July and August: + 60%
Easter and Christmas holidays + 30%
June and September, spring break and All Saints' Day: + 30%
Cleaning: 85 EUR flat rate (mandatory) + 30 EUR for renting an extra bedroom
Bed linen: 15 EUR/bed
Bathroom linen: 10 EUR/person (1 large and 1 small bath towel, 1 beach towel, 2 washcloths)
IMPORTANT !! As a renter, you are not obliged to rent by the week or, for example, from Saturday to Saturday. You may choose the length of your stay at Quinta da Carron yourself, depending on your desired holiday duration and flight times or fares, with a minimum of 3 nights. During the summer months, we do ask that you stay in conjunction with any previous bookings (see calendar below) and leave a maximum of 1 night between them, or a full week or more. Anyone who books and leaves, for example, 3 nights before or after a previous booking will also have to pay for the unoccupied nights (-1). This is to avoid large gaps appearing in our rental calendar during busy periods. Thank you in advance for taking this into account!
